My wife installed a new Kodak software for the digital
camera. Now, when I get email with pictures, it loads the
Kodak software for the default picture viewer. How can I
restore the original windows picture viewer?

========================================
Right click an image file and from the menu....
choose...Properties / General tab / Change button...
From the menu...choose...Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer...OK / Apply / OK.

You'll have to do this for each format that has had
the Image Associations redirected to the Kodak
software.

My main problem is in Outlook. I get a *.jpg file as an
attachment, and when I open the attachement it is the
Kodak software not the windows picture viewer. In outlook
I cannont access the properties until I save it to a
disk. Is there any way to remove this kodak software as
the default in Outlook?

If you reset your image associations...Outlook
will follow suit.

For example...most images that you receive
in e-mail are in the .jpg format. So...go to...
your My Pictures folder...find a .jpg file and
follow my previous instructions.
