Default language setting

I hve tried to change the language setting in Word, in XP and through MS
Office Tools but it still insists on reverting back to Welsh.....any ideas ?

below but it still reverts to Welsh is there anthing else I can try....?

You're sure you've set the correct language in Windows Control Panel?

Also note that if the problem is with an existing document, you may
have to apply the desired language as direct formatting (as stated in
the article), via Tools | Language | Set Language.

Thanks, I have double checked the settings, from Control Panel, MS Office
Tools & in word itself & it still insists on reverting back to welsh......I
suppose a re-install is going to the only way to cure it.....thanks again for

I'm afraid that reinstalling is unlikely to help, since it won't wipe
out registry settings. Are you sure that you followed the instructions
carefully? Is the problem with existing documents or new ones? Or
both?
