Default email Program

I didn't know where to post this, so hopefully this is the right place... I
have office on my computer, and so whenever I click on an email address it
automatically opens Outlook. I don't really like Outlook, and prefer to just
use my gmail or yahoo mail account. Is there a way to set it so that the
default mail program is gmail. (i.e. I've got a Excel spreadsheet of
addresses, and I would like to be able to just click on an address and have
it open gmail to write send an email.)

Once youve signed in & opened youre email,try opening internet options,
programs,locate the email section & set to youre default carrier.
