Defalut Form View

I am using Access 2003. I have restircted my db to only show a form when it
is opened and the user is only able to input into the form an then exit.

IF I wanted to make updates to the DB or form how can I get all my options
to appear. LIke I said there are no menu bars or tool bars only the form
that allows data entry and the user to exit.

How is the database set up? Is it a split database, Front end with forms,
queries, reports, macros and modules with the back end only carrying the
tables and relationships?

If this is the case, you can simply have two front ends, hide the menus in
the version for your users, copy that to their PC's and a second one,
unprotect the menus for your use. Copied to your computer.

If you have not disallowed access special keys, you can always hold down the
shift button when you open the front end to show all. You should have an
unprotected database copy if you took the advice offered earlier.

I think there are waysto set up menus in Vb but someone else will have to
help with that because I haven't used that method.
