Decrease Indent icon

Word 2000 SP-3

The Decrease Indent icon in the toolbar quit working for bulleted lists. It
still works for numbered lists.

How can I restore its action?

Not quite sure what you mean...but try hitting Shift + Ctrl + M, which
is the decrease indent hotkey.

Dian,

I mean the Decrease Indent icon would not work. I highlighted a set of
bulleted rows that were not indented and pressed the indent icon and nothing
happened.

I could highlight a set of numbered rows that were not indented, press the
indent icon and the rows were indented.

I found this work around. I switched my set of bulleted rows to be numbered
rows. I pressed the indent icon and the rows were indented. Then I changed
the rows back to bulleted rows.

Now the indent icon works OK again. I can select a set of bulleted rows and
indent them with the indent icon.
