deciphering netstat output

I'm using "netstat -anobv" to look for listening ports on a Windows XP
workstation

For several listening ports, I get "Can not obtain ownership information"
and "--unknown component(s) --". What do each of these mean? I'm running as
an admin equiv, so I wouldn't expect a "Can not obtain..." sort of error...

PS: anyone know how to elicit the same information as "netstat -anobv" from
VBD/WMI remotely?
