Decimal Symbol - point needed

Hello,

I'm using the comma as decimal symbol (norwegian regional settings),
but for 1 cell in my spreadsheet, I need the value to display with the
point as the decimal symbol. I know the decimal symbol can be changed
in Excel when changing the regional settings to US, but I only need
this one cell to display the point as decimal symbol.
Creating a custom number (####.##) in Format cells does not allow me
use that number format.
Does anyone know how to do this?
