Debug a WEB application

Hi,

I try to debug a web application and I get the following message:
You don't have the permission to debug the server.
Verify that you are a memeber of the 'Debugger Users' group on the server.

What is that I need to do please to debug this application on the local
machine?

ARe you an admin of your machine? Probably not, then do a search on setting
up developers who are not admins. The debugger users group is just one thing

Go to the "Computer Management", select "Local users and groups", then
"groups" and make sure that you local user is in the "Debugger Users" group

I am HP_Administrator and also in the debugger group.
