You cannot 'deactivate it'. Uninstall, then install on the new system. If
you are unable to activate on the new system automatically, do so by
telephone and explain to the operator what you havve done. If necessary, see

If you have a retail version of Office 2007 Small Business
Edition, then Graham's advice is correct.

But if you have an OEM version of Office 2007 Small Business
Edition that came preinstalled on your old system by the computer
manufacturer, then the software cannot be legally transferred to
any other computer.
