DDE SERVER WINDOW: IE Application Error

I keep getting this error message. Sometimes closing IE
fixes it, sometimes IE won't close and you have to
reboot. The frequency of the error message increases with
the length of time spent browsing the net.

The instruction at "OXOlcd3942" referenced memory
at"OXOldd57c8," The memory could not be "read"
