Dcom Problem

Hi,

My client has a windows 2000 pro workstation with a 3com nic card that I
installed. At first she had connection to the network, but now she can't
access any network resources. I tried pinging several workstations with no
repsonse. The nic card is working fine with no problems.

I checked the event viewer and this is the message I found:

Description:
Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server using
DefaultLaunchPermssion. The server is:
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
The user is Unavailable/Unavailable, SID=Unavailable.

Any assistance with this problem is appreciated.

It's a Word DCOM bug. That's the least of problems, I think that you
have a dcom security breach.
