I am getting the error message below. How do i fix this?

DCOM got error "Class not registered " from the computer
ENTERPRISE01 when attempting to activate the server:
{D99E6E73-FC88-11D0-B498-00A0C90312F3}

that this is a bug in the Win32 API on Windows 2000, and provides some code
you can use to test whether the service is running.
