DCOM error

I'm getting a bunch of DCOM errors in my event viewer stating:

Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is:
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
The user is Unavailable/Unavailable, SID=Unavailable.

Any ideas how to clear this up?

- Open regedit.exe.
- Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID.
- Look for a subkey named "00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046".
- Check what program is listed as the inproc server.

I have that and it looks to be Symantec's Script Blocking feature of
their Norton Internet Security or Personal Firewall product. Use
Symantec online support form to submit a request for help. Be sure to
copy and paste the entire error message in your message to them. Also
check surrounding events since often several get recorded for the same
cause of the problem. If you are using a version older than 2003,
support is probably dead for the discontinued product version.
