DC2 promoted to global catolog

Last Sunday 04/18/04 I promoted my second DC to GC so that I have to GCs in my network. I followed Microsoft's withe papper and at the end of it said that Event 1119 would be logged in the Directory Service Log in the DC. This would mean that this DC is now advertising as a GC. Well, it is wednesday 04/21/04 and I still don't see that event. I knew it would take a while to replicate, but I am now starting to worry about

If you want to be sure a DC is a Global Catalogue make a connection to the
DC with ldp. The default RootDSE information that appears when you connect
has an attribute called IsGlobalCatalogReady, with possible values of true
or false.
