There one has me bumfuzzled!!!!!
this is a rental program. I have two fields "admission date' and "discharge
date" for each patient that rents a unit. I want to know when the unit is
avaliable. My critera in the query is discharge date "is not null". When I
run the query, it gives me all the units that are available based on the
discharge date letting me know that they have left.
here is my problem. I have a unit that is occupied by two people. Only one
has left. So when I run the query, It shows that unit available based on the
one that has a discharge date, when it is really still occupied by the other
person who has not left. What do I need to do to have a report that will
only show the units available based on the dates. THANK YOU
