Daylight Savings Time Changes Appointment Time

When I change my computer from standard time to daylight savings time the
appointments in my calender change by one hour later. What is causing this
and what can I do to get my appointments back to the correct time short of
change each one individually?

Expected behavior. Why did you manually change the TZ setting? Windows does
this automatically when you select your time zone correctly. If you created
your appointments with the wrong time zone setting, you will need to reset
your Outlook appointments now.

Yup. Spring Break. I always unplug when I go on vacation.
I think I set a new record on the drive home from FL. I drove on the exact
same longitude (W: 86 digress 19 minutes) but had to set my clock ahead
twice on the trip.

Thank you for your reply. Is there a way to make a global adjustment of one
hour to all calendar appointments?

Thanks

That's what we've been debating. In theory, it should be possible to export
your appointments, change your time zone setting to the correct one, then
import them to reset them to the correct time and time zone. But I bet not
everything will go smoothly. If you have any all day events, for example,
they may require further adjustment to remove the recurrence property they
acquire when you manually change your time zone.
