Daylight Savings should change meeting time

I live in Hawaii but have to listen to a weekly conference call. The
conference call is at 11AM Pacific time. It is a big call so it is
not like something one would send out an invitation for.

My question is this: Is there a way to set up a recurring event and
tell Outlook that this is a meeting that occurs at 11AM Pacific time
so that when Daylight savings rolls around the meeting changes on my
calendar?

Or what recommendations are there for handling Daylight Savings time
for folks in my situation.

There may be a better way, but I'd just set up two separate recurring events
for this -- one for the Daylight Saving Time period and one for the Standard
Time period. That way you wouldn't have to worry about adjusting the time
twice a year.

Hmm.. That's a possibility, thank you. Another thing I just thought
of, not that would do it necessarily, is to use Internet Time (as
presented by the swatch company) I think those swatch guys were a
little visionary in this regard but i will be heck to get the world to
switch to a new time standard.
