Dave -- You provided exactly what I needed below; the need has grown to now
include a corresponding formula in Sheet2 Cell C2 (and downward) which will
would do the same thing... resulting in a Yes/No if the Sheet2 info can be
matched to info on Sheet1. I've been trying for better than an hour without
success. Can you or someone else assist?
