DateTimePicker

I have a DateTimePicker,Its Format property is set to 'Time' and therefore the time is displayed.However when you click on the DateTimePicker the calender is displayed allowing you to select a Date
Does any one know if i could have the user select the 'Time' not the date (select 10:00 AM).
