Date of user profile is allways the current date

The XP workstations show all user profiles with the same date.
The date is allways the current date.
I want to delete old user profiles with DELPROF, but because of this date
error DELPROF is more or less useless.
Is there any fix for this?
For testing I have removed anti virus software for some workstations, but
this does not help.
How do I report this error to Microsoft?

Sorry, I have to ask. Are you sure the profile that you are trying to
delete is not still being used?

Another possibility would be a group policy setting ACLs on the Documents
and Settings directory.

The profiles are old.
They belong to users no longer working here.
Every morning all user profiles gets the current date.
NTUSER.DAT and NTUSER.DAT.LOG are the files with new date.
It seems like alle these files get excatly the same date and time on the
computer.

I use DELPROF /Q /I /C:\\<computer> /D:100 to delete old user profiles.
This stopped working after we upgraded to XP

I have no group policy setting ACL on "Documents and Settings"

As you already know delprof.exe uses the last write time on the first
ntuser.* file in the user's profile directory, so if you have an app that is
possibly changing the last write time on these files, you'll break delprof.
You have already disabled virus scanner which can sometime be the culprit.
You might consider uninstalling the AV software for a test. Additionally,
find other applications all the clients have in common that could possibly
update files.
