If it is a proper Excel date, it is purely the formatting that displays it
as American. If you select the cell/range and then Format / Cells / Number
tab, selec Custom from the list and in the little box type dd/mm/yy
A date is a date is a date. dd/mm and mm/dd are just different ways to
display it, usually as set in the control panel's regional settings.
