Could you guys please create a access database for usernames and passwords?

Well I am sure you can find a template (sample database) out there for
Access. If you have Microsoft Access database (part of Office Professional
but not part of most Office suites) you could make one yourself as a
learning project.

If you get stuck doing it, you can get lots of help here, the newsgroup
devoted to general questions about Microsoft Access, the professional
database product.
