Hi

Do I need a third party to connect the SQLCE to SQl Server in my Desktop

Can I use Ms-Access instead of SQlServer to Read the data in my desktop, in
other terms can I export all the data from my Pocket PC (SqlServerCE using Vb
..NET) to a Access Database on my desktop

You can use the Pocket Access driver from www.inthehand.com to run pocket
Access which you can synch to your desktop. This has been around for a while
and I have yet to hear anything about it other than it's wonderful. It's
very reasonably priced too.

If you already have licensed SQL Server - you can replicate that to your CE
database.
