Database Window does not move

The database window is partially hidden by the Title and
Menu bars. I cannot bring the window into the foreground
so I can move it to a lower position on my screen.
Currently, I cannot see the table or query icons on the
left side of the window because they too are blocked by
the title bar. I am using Access 2002. Thanks for any
help.
