Table one Aircraft A Shift reports-- form one, Aircraft A fields---with subform from table four, Incidents per Shift
Table two Aircraft B Shift reports, form two, Aircraft B Fields-- with subform from table four, Incidents per Shift
Table three Aircraft C Shift reports, form three, Aircraft C Fields-- with subform from table four, Incidents per shift

Table four Incidents persShift, form four (subfom for all above)

How do I set the subform so that I can use it with table one, two and three?????

Pilot flies Aircraft A, fills out top of form only once per shift,,,,can have mulitple incidents per shift, so multiple subform entries

How do I relate the tables so that this is correct??????? I have primary autonumber keys on all tables. I assume the Aircraft tables are the one side and the Incidents per Shift table is the many side.
