Data that will create a calendar

I am trying to create a database to track specific appointments, for
translation company, what I need to know or get is a way to enter the persons
name, estimated appointment length, time of appointment, where the
appointment is (location) and be able to create a calendar with that
information for each month, that shows the appointments coming up.
If anyone has any thoughts I would really appreciate some input.

If you are OK with writing a bit of VBA code you could use a Flex Grid
control, have a look at my Flex Grid Demo program which does exactly
what you want.
