Data not showing in reports

I have a database of employess with first name, last name fields. Two of the
employees have the same last name. When I printout reports, only one of the
employees with the same last name appears (alphabetical by first name). I've
tried adding a unique identifer to the query (i.e., Soc. Sec#). I've set
duplicates to "yes", etc. Nothing seems to cause both employees to print
out. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Are you placing the text boxes in the detail section of your report? It
sounds like you have a Lastname group header or footer with all the text
boxes.

That was exactly the problem. Appreciate your help. I moved everything
down into the detail section and it now works great!
