Data in Word document.

How do I get Word to prompt me for a field (Company name) in a Word document?
I need to enter a company name in two places in a cover letter that I am
using Word to create.

There are several ways of doing this. An Ask field and two REF fields to
display the data would be simple enough to start with.

Thanks for the help. I went with the fill-in option. it seemed the best for
now. Once I get some time I will try the others.

Do you recommed any particular technique?

The most elegant solution is a userform that collects the data and writes it
to the location(s).
