Data Filters - Drop Down

I use the data filer function a lot. Whe a filter is turned on, the drop
down arrow turns blue. If tere are a lot of columns in the report the blue
arrow can be difficult to distinguish from the black arrows. Is there a way
to change the color of the arrows to something more obvious than blue, let's
say yellow?

this is one I wrote back in 2000

Here is a user defined function that will display the criteria in a cell:
