Hi,
I am trying to create a website which will allow users to log support calls.
I would like for visitors to my site to be able to post a helpdesk request.
Therefore, when they go to the site there will be a LOG SUPPORT CALL page.
It will allow them to fill in their support query/description.
They would have fields to fill in their name, dept, telno and e-mail address
etc
I would then like this data to be placed directly into a database.
I am using blueyonder.pwp as my chosen web spcae provider.
How do i go about this?
