data downloads

I'm running WinXP Pro. My bank financial data downloading into Quicken
stopped working. I figured it might be the 2002 version so I updated Quicken
to 2005 Basic. I'm running ZoneAlarm, Spybot Search & Destroy, and AdAware.
I recently installed Symantec SystemWorks 2005 and Photoshop Elements 3.0.
I've uninstalled all of the above products and tried running Quicken in Safe
Mode w/networking but it still refuses to download data into Quicken. I have
no problem downloading data in csv format. It seems the data wants to
download, but all I see is a dialog box that appears very briefly. I'm not
sure if I have some type of driver incompatibility. Is there a way of
checking for any missing driver/dll files from Windows? Any help would be
appreciated. Intuit's support site doesn't help much.
Thanks,
Soz

Does it work if you turn off ZoneAlarm? Could it be your financial websites
server?

I've turned off ZoneAlarm and either uninstalled or turned off the other
products. The financial support people only suggested that I use Internet
Explorer instead of the built-in browser supplied by Quicken, which I've
done. It still doesn't work properly.
