Data Base Error - Help needed

I need a help from some one

I have a shared data base, 8 users are using it(It's on a network,
moreover I am not a network admin). We are getting errors while opening the
file. The message says "This is not database or need to be repared something
like that....." But somedays it works fine without any problem. Some times
few forms may not open, then i have to make a new form and replace with
prevous one. It's time taking job. Today we had an error and same message
showed, we tried to repare, unfortunately the file got deleted...and in place
of the original one another file appeared and the extention was lbl. We were
very lucky that we had a backup copy. how can we avoid such error, if I make
an MDE file this problem can be solved?

Awating advises......

Thanks

There are many causes of corruption, and many ways to inhibit (though
perhaps not absolutely prevent) it. See

for a FAQ with suggestions and links.
