D-Link DI-524 WAN Ping *NOT* blocked......

Hi.

I go to Tools/Misc and I check on "Discard PING from WAN side". Then I
restart the router.

However, Shields Up says " Your system REPLIED to our Ping (ICMP Echo)
requests, making it visible on the Internet.". I don't understand....
is my router not blocking the Ping requests ???

Thank you very much for your answers.

Perhaps after checking the option, u STILL have to hit the SAVE
changed settings button?
