I thought that I posted this but I could not find it on the forum if I did
and someone see this again, I appologize in advance.
Here is what I need help on: I use WinXP home, I am the administrator, I
have 2 physical drives each are partition evenly 20gigs each. Each drive is
designated for certain things. D drive is "My Personal Files". Games,
Videos, just things that interest me. I have other users as limit access
users. I have tried to block one of my folders as private on Sharing and
Security in the D Drive.
I go to D drive, I right clicked the folder file, and clicked on share and
security link. It does not give me the option to make this folder private.
Oh HD is formated NTFS (which is the format needed to make file private).
Now I know that the private works cuz it works on my
c:\docum.&settings\Joey's folder. I can make that folder private. My
Question is Can I make a private folder in the D Drive or do I have to move
that folder to C: And If I can do it in the D: drive what is the process
needed to do this.
Any help would be greatfull.
