Cutting and Pasting problems in TS

I have users who loose the ability to cut and paste from
an Outlook TS session to an Excel application in another
TS session. What usually occurs is that the "Paste"
option is either grayed out or it keeps pasting the
previous thing. Users need to log out and log back in to
correct the problem but it resurfaces shortly. Is there a
way to increase the clipboard size or have it
automatically clear itself so this problem goes away?

Which version of Outlook and Excel?

What is the OS on the Terminal Server?

Assuming that the server runs 2003, phone Microsoft Support and
ask for the hotfix I referenced. Hotfixes are free of charges if
you don't ask other support questions during the call.
