cut and paste question

They should be in the old folder. Move [Cut/Paste] operation is realy a
Copy/Deltete. If the copy is successfull, then file is deleted from the old
location.If not, the files will be there.

|I was transferring some files from 1 folder to another using cut andd paste

FWIW
Next time this or any other mistake is made in explorer; Under Edit in
the menu is an UnDo option. Not sure how large of a history it has.

Not that this would help you now, but, in future I would Copy/Paste rather
than Cut/Paste. Then you can delete the old files once the new files have
been successfully been copied.

Generally I drag and drop files from one folder to another which one can do
from the subfolder on the right to the destination folder from the list on
the left.
