Customize Menu Bar (The Straw)

Nearly got this Vista Home Premium looking closely to my XP Pro but can't
seem to find a way to customize the Windows Explorer Menu bar as I have
always done with Windows. I like to have the Copy, Cut and Paste icons
handy.

Absolutely the MOST used tool in all Microsoft so please don't tell me that
this new version File Explorer can not be customized! This could be the end
of the road for this OS for my household.

I cut and paste hundreds of times a day but I don't have those icons in
any menu bars. In fact I don't have ANYTHING in my menu bars, I prefer
a Windows95 no-bullshit menu bar with just the path in the top of the
window.

I just right-click and then select copy/paste or use the keyboard
shortcuts - ALT-C / ALT-P.

Any good to you?

Huh? So do I, but it's..

CTRL + X for Cut
CTRL + C for Copy
CTRL + V for Paste

and has been since the Mac introduced these shortcuts in the mid-80's, as
well as various others, although Windows still maintains some of the various
ones introduced in popular DOS apps, like ALT + F4 for Close/Quit, when CTRL
+ W is the Mac standard.
