Customize explorer keyboard shortcuts

Hi, everybody.

Is there a way to change the default shell shortcuts to something more
sensible?

For instance, the localized (italian) w2k version has a CTRL-Meta-cokebottle
kind of setup for the select-all shortcut (instead of a very plain CTRL-A,
it's a CTRL-numpad5-you-must-have-numlock-on)...

Otherwise, a pointer to a different group would also be appreciated...

i've used it before to change key assignments, remap keys
and disable them altogether.

It might, but it would also break programs that do have a sane behavior...
