Customised Outlook 2003.oft added 2 fields Project Name & Job No under the
exg.Subject line (field). Designed form accordingly including the edit read
fields.
Sent to a bogus recipient, all worked & printed fine but when i replied or
forwarded that email all the new fields were lost when i now the recipient
opened the email. The exg.text when using reply also did not display when i
opened the replied email. Forward is the same. Is there a work around or
switch setting in the email options?

My guess is that there is no custom form set for the Reply action on the
(Actions) tab. You can use a custom form only if it's published where the
recipient (i.e. the person making the reply) can access it.

Forwards work differently, but not necessarily the way you expect. If a
custom form is not specified, then the Forward action embeds the original
item's form definition, thus one-offing the item. I can't explain the
behavior you described for a forward.

What do you mean by "exg.txt"?
