I've forgotten............how do I format 1234567890

to 123 456 7890

Wouldn't a custom format 000 000 0000 not work? I personally
prefer some sort of separator between the groups like "-" or "."
.. It tends to reduce mistakes even if things like (123) 456-7890
are a bit old fashioned in metropolitan areas where all 10
digits are always needed.
