Custom Shortcut Menus

Hello,

I have a Form & a SubForm in it.

The SubForm Comes up in Datasheet Format

If I Right Click on 1 of the Column Headers, the Default Short Cut Menu
comes up.

The options are:

SubForm > (has another sub menu in it)
Sort Ascending
Sort Descending
Copy
Paste
..... (& so on)

For the 1st item "SubForm" it has another sub menu, in that it has

Form
Datasheet
PivotTable
PivotChart

When I click on "Form" it goes into Continuous Form mode. Which is what I
want.

But when I customize my own Shortcut menu I want this exact one "SubForm" &
its ability to toggle back & forth between Datasheet & Continuous Form Mode.

I can't find it. I have looked through every Toolbar & every Shortcut Menu.
I find all the others except that one to switch into Continous Form Mode &
Datasheet mode.

Where is it ? How can I customize a Shortcut Menu to do that ? Becuase I
dont want to use the Default one.

I saw there is one called "Form View" & "Datasheet View" but those don't work.

What am I missing ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff

Jeff,
Create a menu and name it something like "MySubformPopUp". Do this by right
clicking the menubar area and selecting customize. Now click the properties
button on the customize window after selecting the new menu. choose popup as
the type of menu.
The menu will disappear from the toolbars area.Find the shortcut menu choice
and double click it to open it. The leftmost choice will be custom. Drop
that menu down and locate your new menu. Select the new menu. Now open the
commands tab of the customize window and select view. scroll down to the
choices you want and drag them into the new menu area. Close the customize
window.
Now open your form in design view and open the properties dialog. Click the
Other tab and now select your new toolbar by name in the shortcut menu bar
property.
