Custom return address label for Word 2003

How can I import a custom, yet simple, return address label in Word 2003, for
the purpose of printing a letter? (The label will have either a bitmap,
..jpeg, or .gif logo along with the company address.) My attempts to "copy and
paste" from an MS Office generated document into the return address area have
yeilded some bad image results.
