Custom Movie Compression Settings

Is there any way to specify compression settings, resolution, bit rates, and
FPS? This preselection stuff is killing me. I love the transitions and
hardware acceleration in movie maker but I'd like to be able to specify
export options.

Movie maker could be a seriously killer app if it had a pro version with
some advanced options like settings, per clip options, transition and effect
properties, and keyframing.

It would be the best!

This is the issue with Microsoft. You release a product to consumers that
does everything you think it should do but then you don't support it!! It's
buggy as hell and it wastes the users time. Microsoft has turned into a huge
lie!

You release new products every month that CLAIM to provide all of these
great features but in reality, they're just vaporware.
