Custom form could not be opened

When using Business Contact Mgr and trying to open a
contact, the following error message appears:
"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an
Outlook form instead. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."

I don't have an administrator. I'm my own admin. This is
on a stand alone computer.

I have not designed any custom forms in Outlook/OLBCM.

After clicking the the OK, I get another small window
saying: "Array index out of bounds". When I click OK, the
contact's form (properties) comes up and I can make any
changes, additions or look-up I want.

This is annoying. How can I fix this?

BCM uses custom forms and sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache"
problem. Clearing the cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other
| Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear
Cache.
