custom dictionary for Windows mail

I have a customized dictionary I use with Word documents, with many entries
not found in a standard or mail dictionary which I use for business. Is
there some way of having this dictionary "tied into" Windows Mail ?
When I type some common word (for me), for example, "vino", spellcheck
constantly asks to change the spelling.
Or, can I customize the dictionary that Windows Mail's Spellcheck uses ?

Three options:

1. When spell check questions a word, choose 'Add',
which will add that word to the custom dictionary.

2. You can edit the custom dictionary in Notepad, see:

Is the customized dictionary a product you purchased - a book dictionary or
software? I had a medical dictionary that was not Vista / W7 ready - the
installer program wouldn't integrate into the standard dictionary. I called
the publisher and they provided me with a link to their development library
that had the updated program, and once I ran it the custom dictionary
integrated.
