custom animation

I have a PowerPoint in ppt 2003 with 195 slides. I need to make a global
change to a custom animation on every slide. Is there a way to do this
without having to change them individually? Each slide only has 1 animation
and that is the one that needs to be changed.

I don't think you could do this without VBA. I don't think it would be too
hard if you know VBA, but the learning curve on VBA is probably greater
than changing it in 195 slides one at a time.
