As I use my personal account, when I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete appears Task
manager instead of Windows Security window.How to make by pressing
Ctrl+Alt+Delete Windows security window appear?

Not sure what you mean by "security window" ?

CTRL+ALT+DEL = Task manager is the default behavior in XP.

the OP probably means the old W2K style box.

Oleg,

You need to disable Fast User Switching in order to get the classic style
security dialog while pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL.

Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
Click Change the way users log on or off.
Deselect the Use Fast User Switching check box, and then click Apply
Options. Quit the User Accounts tool.

NOTE: If you have Fast User Switching enabled, you cannot lock the computer.
When you press Winkey+L, it goes to Welcome Screen instead of Locking the
