Ctrl + Alt + Delete problem

Every time I use Internet Explorer, I get these pop-up
ads, and I try to stop them by pressing control alternate
delete and ending the task.

However, one day I accidentally pressed a button which
switched the standard task view into a process view, and
I don't like this at all. I want to get back to the task
view when I press control alternate delete. Does anybody
know how to do this?

Dub click the boarder of the box that comes up when you alt ctrl del.
