CTRL + ALT + DELETE IS MESSING UP

Hello Microsoft!!!
Nice to meet you all. I am just here to ask why my CTRL
+ ALT + DELETE is not working correctly. Here is the
story.

Everytime when one of my programs is frozen, the only
way to get rid of it is to use CTRL + ALT + DELETE. But
everytime i do that, the screen pops up, then its gone! I
have to do it very quick and do it multiple times just to
get rid of the frozen program. Any answers please email
me @ (e-mail address removed) because I will not be able to
read it in the forums here.

Same Problem! Well, one of my problems is the same. {g/ng}

I went to kellys-corner-xp.com and downloaded/installed all the fixes he has that remotely relate to CTRL + ALT + DELETE and/or Task Manager, to NO avail.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
