ctrl-alt-del

In order to input the password on the logon screen, I
need to input ctrl-alt-del. When I press ctrl-alt-del,
nothing happens and I can't get into windows. Please help

Hi,

if you are at the welcome screen, you can click your name and a text box
will appear where you enter your password to enter.

Or if the welcome screen is enabled you will have to press Ctrl-Alt-Del
twice to get the classic login screen.
